1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Skill Library. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "you") and Skill Library ("we", "us", "our", "Skill Library") when you access, browse, or purchase from our website and digital library.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services or make a purchase.

2. Digital Product Nature

Skill Library is a Digital Library. When you make a purchase, you are buying access to digital content only — not a physical book, not a printed copy, and not ownership of any underlying copyrighted work.

All content is delivered electronically in widely supported formats such as PDF and EPUB. No physical items will be shipped to your address. Because our products are intangible digital goods, they are considered "delivered" the moment secure access links are shared with you after payment.

3. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime Access" means your purchased library remains available to you for as long as Skill Library operates this service. Specifically:

• You receive a permanent, personal link to the digital library after payment.
• You may download or read the included eBooks at any time, on any of your personal devices.
• "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Skill Library service, not the lifetime of any individual device, email provider, or third-party storage platform.

We reserve the right to migrate, reorganize, or improve the library over time. If a third-party platform (such as cloud storage) discontinues service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide continued access through an alternative method at no extra cost.

4. User Responsibilities

As a User, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information (including a valid email address) at the time of purchase.
• Keep your access credentials and download links confidential.
• Use the library only for lawful, personal purposes.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws while using our service.
• Notify us promptly at the contact details below if you suspect unauthorized use of your access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Skill Library — including curated collections, organization, compilations, descriptions, branding, and website design — is the intellectual property of Skill Library or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Individual book titles, author names, publisher names, logos, and trademarks referenced within the library belong to their respective owners. Skill Library does not claim ownership of third-party copyrighted works. References to any book, author, or brand are for identification and informational purposes only and do not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by the respective rights holders.

6. Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal use only. You may:

• Read the eBooks on your own devices (phone, tablet, computer, e-reader).
• Download copies for your own offline, personal reading.
• Store the files in your own personal cloud or device storage.

7. Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree not to, and shall not assist any third party to, do any of the following with the Skill Library content or access:

• Reselling the eBooks, collections, or access in any form.
• Redistributing or forwarding the files or library to other people.
• Sharing download links, access credentials, or invite links publicly or privately.
• Uploading the content elsewhere (public forums, torrent sites, social media, other websites, or file-sharing platforms).
• Commercial reuse, including using the content in courses, businesses, resale bundles, or paid communities.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, printing for distribution, or extraction for any purpose beyond personal reading.
• Circumventing, scraping, or bulk-downloading the library beyond normal personal use.
• Reverse engineering, redistributing, or reselling the Skill Library product itself.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and may subject you to legal action by the applicable rights holders.

8. Payments

Skill Library offers a single, one-time payment of ₹149 (Indian Rupees) for lifetime access to the full digital library. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no hidden fees.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Superprofile, using a PCI-compliant gateway that supports UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other supported Indian payment methods. Skill Library does not store your card, UPI, or banking details. By paying, you authorize the one-time debit shown at checkout.

Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; any change does not affect purchases already completed.

9. Delivery Process

Because Skill Library is a digital product, delivery is made electronically after successful payment:

• Once your payment is confirmed, a secure access link to the digital library is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
• Delivery typically occurs within a few minutes; in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours due to payment gateway or email delays.
• You are responsible for entering a correct, accessible email address. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or unreachable email.
• If you do not receive your access link, contact our support team (details below) with your payment reference and we will resend it.

10. Account & Access

Access to Skill Library is provided through a secure link rather than a traditional login. You are responsible for safeguarding that link and any associated email. Sharing, transferring, or selling your access is prohibited (see Section 7).

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraudulent payment, or a material breach of these Terms. Termination for breach may be applied without prior notice and without refund where permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Skill Library is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, specific titles, or the continued availability of any individual book.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the library.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (₹149).
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or opinions expressed within third-party books, nor for any actions of third-party storage or payment platforms.

12. Changes to Service

We continuously improve Skill Library. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

• Add, remove, reorganize, or update titles within the library.
• Change the delivery method, platform, or presentation of content.
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect access.

Such changes do not affect the lifetime, personal nature of the access you purchased.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our service, law, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via email or a notice on our website.

Your continued use of Skill Library after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
