These Terms & Conditions apply when a customer accesses, purchases, or uses digital Astrology products offered through Skill Library.

By purchasing or accessing the products, the customer agrees to these terms.

1. Digital Products

Skill Library Astrology provides digital educational products including Astrology eBooks, Hindi astrology ebooks, and digital astrology guides.

Products may cover subjects such as:

  • Jyotish / Astrology
  • Kundli
  • Numerology
  • Palmistry
  • Lal Kitab
  • Planetary concepts
  • Gemstones
  • Mantras
  • Horoscope-related educational material

These are digital products and no physical books are shipped unless specifically stated.

2. Personal Use License

Purchasing an eBook gives the customer a limited license to access and use the digital product for PERSONAL USE.

Purchasing the product does NOT transfer copyright, ownership, or resale rights to the customer.

3. Sharing, Copying & Distribution

Customers must NOT, without permission:

  • Resell the eBooks
  • Upload them publicly
  • Distribute copies
  • Share the complete collection commercially
  • Repackage the content and sell it
  • Claim the content/product as their own
  • Use the files to create unauthorized commercial copies

4. Reselling Permission

No customer automatically receives resale rights.

If someone wants to resell, distribute, or commercially use Skill Library Astrology products, they must first obtain permission from Skill Library.

They can contact Skill Library through the official channels:

Written permission should be obtained before resale or commercial distribution.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed using third-party payment providers such as Cashfree.

Skill Library does not directly store sensitive payment credentials such as UPI PIN, CVV, or banking passwords.

Successful payment does not grant ownership or resale rights.

6. Digital Product Delivery

After successful payment, product access/download information may be delivered using the customer's provided email address, phone number, WhatsApp, or another stated delivery method where applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing correct contact information.

If payment succeeds but access is not received, the customer should contact support.

7. Refunds

Because these are digital products that may provide immediate access, purchases are generally non-refundable once access/delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

8. Educational Disclaimer

Astrology content is provided for educational and informational purposes.

Astrological interpretations may be based on traditional beliefs and astrological frameworks. We do not present astrology predictions as scientifically established facts.

9. AI-Assisted Content

Some Skill Library Astrology eBooks/content may have been created, organized, edited, or improved with the assistance of AI tools.

Reasonable efforts are made to review the content, but errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or interpretation differences may still occur.

Customers should independently verify important information.

10. Intellectual Property

Applicable Skill Library branding, original design elements, product presentation, and original content remain protected intellectual property of their respective rights holders.

Purchasing access does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

We avoid claiming ownership over third-party material unless Skill Library actually owns the rights.

11. Changes to These Terms
