Digital Product Refund Policy

Skill Library Astrology sells digital products such as digital astrology eBooks and guides.

Because an astrology ebook purchase can be accessed or delivered immediately after successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product/access has been successfully delivered, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

When a Refund May Be Considered

Customers can contact support in situations such as:

  • Duplicate payment for the same order
  • Payment deducted more than once due to a technical issue
  • Other cases where a refund is required under applicable law

Each request may be reviewed based on the payment/order information available. Please note that refunds are not automatic.

Product Not Received

If payment is successful but the customer has not received the eBook/product access link, this should initially be treated as a DELIVERY/SUPPORT issue rather than automatically as a refund request.

Ask the customer to contact Skill Library support with:

  • Name used during purchase
  • Email/phone number used during purchase
  • Order/payment reference where available

After verification, Skill Library may resend or restore access to the purchased digital product.

Incorrect Contact Information

Customers should provide the correct email address and phone number during checkout because these details may be used to deliver the product/access link.

If incorrect information was entered, the customer should contact support so the order can be verified and delivery details corrected where possible.

Change of Mind

Refunds are generally not provided merely because a customer changes their mind after the digital product/access has already been delivered, subject to applicable law.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through Cashfree or other payment service providers used by Skill Library.

Payment processing/refund timelines, where applicable, may also depend on the payment provider and customer's bank/payment method.
